Mobile impact crusher integrates crushing and screening onto one track. It provides high performance in a very compact size. Equipped with a horizontal shaft impact (HSI) crushing unit, hanging screen module with easy-to-use attachment system, and a 180-degree radial conveyor, tracked impact crusher is flexible enough for various types of jobs.
Tracked impact crusher could be used alone or combined with Tracked Impact Crusher, tracked vibrating screen to form a stone crushing plant.
Tracked impact crusher is high efficiency crushing and screening plant. The hanging iron remover is separation of metal particle to make crushing process efficiently.
Dual power mode – flexibility to power the plant either by external electric connection or by on-board diesel generator power pack unit (optional).
Heavy duty track unit with dual speed configuration. Easily remote control for walking.
Electrical driven hydraulic system for quick setup. Low noise acoustic engine canopy with overload protection.
