Working principle

Portable stone crusher is generally composed of small vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, power device, movable frame with wheels and so on. After loading from the loader to vibrating feeder, the material enters jaw crusher at a uniform speed for crushing. According to the different types of stone crusher model and user's requirement, the crushed materials can be as finished products and directly transported to the designated place by the belt conveyor , or flow into the small screen machine to get different specifications of aggregate. Its power plant can be motor type, diesel type or use a small generator set.
