Working principle

 Impact crushers use high-speed impact to crush materials. When the material enters the action area of the blow bar from the feed port, it is first crushed by the high-speed impact of the blow bar, and the strong impact force throws the material to the impact plate for further crushing, and the material rebounded by the impact plate falls to the plate again. Continue to repeat the above process until the material is crushed to be smaller than the size of the discharge port, and it will be discharged from the discharge port due to its own weight.
