1000 tph Stone Crusher Plant Introduction

Large-scale stone crushing plant 1000tph crusher plant is typically consists of primary jaw crusher, secondary cone crusher, and tertiary crushers, screens, conveyors, and other equipment necessary for the crushing process.  Jaw crusher PE1200*1500 with capacity 400-1000 tph is used as primary crushing equipment. Secondary crushing equipment adopts two sets single cylinder DG cone crushers. Hydraulic cone crusher or impact crusher are used as tertiary crushing stage for fine crusher process. It could produce sand & gravels with various granularities of limestone, granite, dolomite, quartz, ballast, basalt, marble, iron ore, cooper ore etc. 
 

1000tph Crushing Plant Features

1. Prescreening.

Design a screening system before the primary crushing of the aggregate production line, so that the fine materials and soil that do not need to be crushed can be screened out, which can not only prevent the fine materials from being crushed again to increase energy consumption and powder, but also remove the soil to reduce dust in the subsequent process, and improve the quality of the aggregate.

 

2. Semi-finished material pile.

Design a semi-finished material pile between the primary crushing and the medium and fine crushing of the aggregate production line to balance the overall system capacity of the aggregate production line. The specifications of the medium and fine crushers do not need to consider the fluctuation coefficient of the primary crusher, and the downstream cone crusher receives the material at a more uniform speed, which improves the crushing efficiency of the cone crusher

 

3. Good granularity of finished product.

The stone crushing production line has a high degree of automation, a large crushing ratio, high production efficiency, and a large processing capacity. The crushed products are cubic, with low needle-like content, no internal cracks, and high compressive strength.

 

4. Widely application.

This stone crushing production line has been successfully applied to the crushing of limestone, basalt, granite, pebbles and other rocks. The quality of the finished products after crushing fully meets the GB14685-2001 standard, providing qualified aggregates for industries such as highways, railways, water conservancy, and concrete mixing stations.

How Does 1000 tph Stone Crusher Plant Work?

1. Raw material dump into the hopper by loader forklift, then feed into jaw crusher evenly and continuously by vibrating feeder for primary crushing.

 
2. Then coarsely crushed materials are conveyed to transfer bin, which plays the role of transfer, buffering and adjustment. The size should generally be able to stack aggregates for next crushing equipment to run for 2 to 3 hours. 
 
3. Material from transfer bin is sent to secondary DG cone crusher for crushing process. Then goes to tertiary HPC cone crusher to get requirement stone size.
 
4. The final crushed material goes to vibrating screen to classify final qualified products according to different size ranges as stock pile for sale, or for road builidng use. Unqualified materials will be carried back to the stone crushing equipment for recrushing.
 
5. Customer can classify final products according to different size ranges. All the final products are up to the related standards within and beyond China. Dust is generated during the working process while the dust control units are needed.
