Today, I will introduce the case of this 400-500 t/h granite crushing production plant in Thailand in detail.
The commonly used equipment for granite crushing includes jaw crusher, single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. The following is a detailed introduction to various crushers:
Function: Mainly used for front-end coarse crushing, crushing dozens of centimeters of ore into about 10-20 cm.
Features: Large crushing capacity, suitable for the initial crushing of large pieces of ore.
Function: Mainly used for medium and fine crushing, with a variety of chamber types to choose from.
Features: It has the advantages of high crushing efficiency and simple maintenance.
Function: Suitable for medium and fine crushing of medium-hard ores.
Features: High production capacity, intelligent and convenient operation process, suitable for large-scale production lines.

Jaw crusher PE1000X1200: used for primary crushing of ore to ensure effective crushing of large pieces of ore.
Single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher DG500: used for medium crushing operations to improve crushing efficiency.
Multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher HPC300: used for fine crushing operations to ensure that the final product particle size meets the requirements.
The granite stone is evenly fed into the high-efficiency jaw crusher PE1000X1200 for coarse crushing through a vibrating feeder.
The ore after preliminary crushing is transported to the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher DG500 for medium crushing to further reduce the ore particle size.
The ore after medium crushing enters the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher HPC300 for fine crushing to ensure that the discharge particle size reaches 0-19mm.
The final product is screened by a vibrating screen, and the products that meet the requirements are sent to the finished product area, and those that do not meet the requirements are returned to the crusher for reprocessing.
This process design not only improves the crushing efficiency, but also ensures the uniformity of the product particle size, and the wearing parts are more wear-resistant and have a long service life, which effectively reduces the production cost.
Through the transformation and configuration optimization of the 400-500 t/h granite crushing production line in Thailand, the processing capacity and product quality of the production line have been successfully improved, bringing significant economic benefits to customers. This case demonstrates the importance of reasonable configuration of crushing equipment and process design in ore crushing, and provides valuable reference for similar projects.
