Crushing is the first step in iron ore processing plant. It can crush the mined large pieces of iron ore into the required particle size to prepare for the subsequent grinding and beneficiation process. Iron ore is a high-hardness metal ore. The crushed iron ore from jaw crusher is sent to the standard cone crusher for further crushing. The representative equipment can choose a single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. The hydraulic system has better performance than the spring system, greatly improves efficiency and output, and is more convenient for later maintenance.
The iron ore after medium crushing is sent to the short-head cone crusher for further fine crushing. The representative equipment can be selected from multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers, which have different crushing chamber types such as coarse, medium, fine and ultra-fine. The discharge range can reach 6-38mm, and the output fine material can be directly sent to the grinding equipment.
First, the iron ore is evenly fed into the jaw crusher PE 900X1200 for preliminary crushing. Then, the crushed coarse rock is conveyed by the belt conveyor to the secondary crusher-cone crusher DG400 for further crushing. The finely crushed iron ore enters the vibrating screens 2YK3070 to screen into different specifications. The iron ore that meets the particle size requirements is sent to the finished product pile by belt conveyor; the iron ore that does not meet the particle size requirements is returned to multi cylinder cone crusher HP300 for re-crushing, forming a closed-loop multiple cycle. The finished product particle size can be combined and graded according to the needs of the user. In order to protect the environment, auxiliary dust removal equipment can be equipped.
