Andesite Crushing Process

Stage 1: coarse crushing

Raw materials: andesite material 0-630mm.
Process: Feed it evenly into the jaw crusher through a vibrating feeder for coarse crushing.
Equipment: Jaw crusher.
Result: The coarsely crushed material is screened by a vibrating screen, and the larger particles are sent to the cone crusher by a belt conveyor for medium and fine crushing.

Second stage: medium crushing

Raw materials: qualified materials after coarse crushing.
Process: Enter the cone crusher for medium and fine crushing.
Equipment: Cone crusher.
Result: The medium and fine crushed material is conveyed to the cone crusher by a belt conveyor for further crushing to ensure that the material reaches the required particle size.

Third stage: fine crushing

Raw materials: andesite particles after medium crushing.
Process: Send to the fine cone crusher for further crushing
Equipment: 2 set fine cone crushers.
Result: The material will be returned to the fine cone crusher for further fine crushing. The material is sent to the circular vibrating screen for screening, and the material larger than 25mm is returned to the cone crusher for further crushing, forming a closed loop to ensure that the material reaches the required particle size. If cleaner andesite sand is required, a sand washer can be used to clean it to remove dirt and other impurities in the sand.
Finished product: 0-5mm, 5-12mm, 12-25mm
