Solution configuration

After field investigation, our engineers found the following matters needing attention
1. The customer's site is located in the mountainous area of Qinghai, and the road to the site has limited carrying capacity, so overloading needs to be considered when transporting heavy equipment.
2. The selected site is close to the mountains, and the geographical difference advantage can be used. The material from the jaw crusher directly enters the impact crusher through the chute, which can save the belt conveyor and save site space.
3. Based on the above two points, we recommend investing in two crushing lines with the same model configuration, which can not only meet the production requirements, but also ensure that the other line does not stop production when one of the production lines is overhauled to meet the production requirements

The process flow is as follows

The truck transports the bluestone raw materials and dumps them into the hopper. The bluestone in the large hopper enters the jaw crusher PE-600*900 by the vibrating feeder ZSW960x3800. Taking advantage of the position drop, the coarsely crushed materials are directly transported to the impact crusher PF1214 by the chute, and the finely crushed materials by the impact crusher are transported to the vibrating screen 3YK1860 by the belt conveyor. The materials larger than 31.5mm are transported back to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor for re-crushing to form a cycle. The materials smaller than 31.5mm are screened into 3 finished products and sent to the material pile.
