1. Stone crusher. The main function of stone crusher is to crush large pieces of stone, so that the large pieces of stone can be crushed into the standard range of materials that meet the requirements of the mill, and improve the working efficiency of the mill.

 

2. Raymond mill host and analyzer. The Raymond mill host is the main equipment in the powder grinding plant. Its main function is to process the materials after crusher into fine powder, so as to achieve the purpose of one-time powder. The role of the analyzer in raymond mill is to select the finished products that meet the requirements and send the defective products that do not meet the standard requirements back to the equipment for re-grinding. These two types of equipment are to send the fine powder that has met the requirements to the designated location for use.

 

3. Bucket elevator and vibrating feeder. These two types of equipment play a connecting role in the powder milling production process, allowing the entire production line to produce in an orderly manner. The bucket elevator is to lift the crushed materials and put them into the transfer silo for use. The vibrating feeder evenly transports the materials in the silo to the raymond mill for further grinding and crushing.
