This is a highway project to build a high-speed railway. Customers need wheel type mobile stone crushing equipment that can be transferred in different construction sections, local materials, and the stone produced is directly used in railway construction. Features of mobile sand making plant

1.Mobile jaw crusher plant is used for primary crushing. Mobile impact and screening station is used for secondary crushing stage. Mobile VSI sand making plant is tertiary crushing quipment. It could be used separately or combined with other crushing plant.

2.Mobile sand making machine is used for producing artificial sand for concrete. The finished sand can meet the high-quality construction sand standard. This mobile crushing plant is the preferred machines for hard type stones and rocks such as basalt, granite, dolomite gabbro etc. These machines are generally used for obtaining sand and gravel and can crush down any size of material to 0,5 mm.

1.Introducing the mobile crushing and screening plant on wheels by Baichy Machinery, this mobile crusher is an exceptional choice for any high-volume crushing and screening application. It is a three stages crushing plant.

2.Our design about mobile crusher plant is built in a two-chassis format. The first chassis is equipped with a vibrating feeder, primary Jaw crusher, bypass conveyor for soil extraction, feeding conveyor, and wheeled mobile chassis with hydraulic legs.

3. The second plant is fitted with a impact crusher, vibrating screen with 3 or 4 decks, feedback conveyor from vibrating screen to impact crusher, and fold-up type stockpile conveyors. This plant comes with wheeled mobile chassis, ensuring easy transportation and positioning.

4. The tertiary plant is a mobile VSI sand making plant. It is equipment with sand crusher VSI9526 and a 3 decks vibrating screen. In addition to 0-5 mm sand, it is possible to get up to 3 different fractions at the same time.

5. This crushing system provides a production capacity of 100-200 tph, with a maximum feeding size of 500 mm The convenience of a 4.5 meters feeding height adds to the seamless operation of this powerful system. With the additional optional diesel electric generator set, this plant is fully prepared to meet all your operational needs.
