One question users often ask is: Why is the price difference between the same model of equipment? Why are there millions or tens of millions of production lines with the same capacity? Why do similar production lines vary so much in quality?

In the purchase of machines, we all want to choose the ideal quality products at a low price, which is normal, but it does not mean that we should blindly pursue low price, otherwise the quality of equipment is difficult to guarantee. Today, we take the 100-200t/h capacity stone production line as an example, to analyze the difference between the different stone crusher plant configuration.

Configuration 1: jaw crusher + impact crusher + vibrating screen

Capacity:100-200t/h
Ouput size:0-5,5-10,10-20,20-30mm

Features:

1. The process is simple and the operation process is convenient.
2. Adopt the impact crusher, so it is only suitable for crushing all kinds of soft and hard ore, not suitable for crushing the granite diabase with high hardness, etc.
3. Compared with the high configuration of the stone production line, the initial investment cost is lower.

Configuration 2: jaw crusher + cone crusher + vibrating screen

Features:

1. According to the requirements and characteristics of large projects, configured sand shaping machine, greatly improve the the production efficiency and the continuous gradation of aggregate finished products, and the finished products have good grain shape, which effectively provides better raw materials for the subsequent commercial mixing station, and ensures the strength and label of concrete.
2. This process is relatively perfect, from the first grade crushing to the second grade crushing to the third grade crushing (with shaping) to screening to form a complete closed loop, a typical aggregate production line.
3. Applicable to a wide range, can be used for metal and non-metallic ore cement sand metallurgy and other industries, suitable for all kinds of ores and rocks whose hardness is lower than 16, such as iron ore, granite, basalt, quartzite, cobblestone and limestone.
4. Compared with the low version stone production line, although the initial investment is more, the post operation maintenance cost is low.

 

The two versions of stone crushing plant configurations listed above are more common in actual production (due to different manufacturers' equipment names or models will be slightly different). Although the production capacity is not different, the scope of application is different, the cost of equipment is different, the quality of finished materials is different, the price of sand and stone is different, the maintenance cost is different and so on.
