After a long period of development and progress, the limestone crushing and sand making production line has very mature technology. We configured a 500 tons per hour crushing production line for a customer in Indonesia, with a maximum feed of 600mm and a discharge of 0-5-10-20-31.5mm. For a raw material warehouse of appropriate size, its 500 tons of output requires about 12 vehicles per hour, and the raw material warehouse requires 2 vehicles to transport raw materials and will produce continuously.

Crushing limestone, the output reaches 500tph, the jaw crusher can choose model PE1000X1200. The maximum feed of this model is 850mm. The jaw crusher has high efficiency and large processing capacity, and can be used for primary crushing of all hard stones.
Limestone belongs to medium hardness stone, and generally chooses impact crusher as medium and fine crushing operation for crushing. When choosing to produce 500 tons, two PF13205 will be used as secondary crushing. According to the three discharge particle sizes required by the customer, the vibrating screen can select a three-layer vibrating screen of model 3YK2460 for inspection and screening and complete screening. The material on the top layer that is larger than the required size is returned for re-crushing, and the remaining materials are screened into three particle sizes that meet the requirements as finished products.
The belt conveyor is a linking device that connects various equipment to transport stones. It is precisely because of the belt conveyor that the crushed stone production line can be quickly and efficiently automated.
According to the customer, such a stone crushing production line will be established in the early stage of the project, and different numbers of sand making machines will be configured in the later projects to further shape the product and increase the added value of the finished product. The characteristics of this production line are:

The layout of the entire production line is reasonable, simple and smooth, and the number of equipment and belt conveyors is greatly reduced, which meets the production requirements of customers with different proportions of finished materials, and at the same time ensures the quality of crushed stone through professional equipment.
2. The project is equipped with a series of high-yield and low-consumption products such as the traditional classic PE series jaw crusher, the 3-cavity hydraulic impact crusher, the YK series high-efficiency vibrating screen, etc. These equipment are general equipment that have been verified by the market, with high efficiency and maintenance inspection, which greatly increases the profit of the production line.
The incompletely crushed materials in the jaw crusher need to be returned to the jaw crusher for re-crushing. On the one hand, there is an opportunity for intermittent work, which reduces the demand for electricity. On the other hand, it guarantees continuous and stable production and ensures the efficiency of the production line. It is recommended that environmental protection measures should be carried out after the main line of the production line is built. If a dry process is used, the entire package will be evacuated. If a wet process is used, all spray and sewage treatment systems will be used to ensure environmental protection.
