1.Vibrating feeder

It is used to evenly feed the basalt raw materials into the crushing equipment. A suitable vibrating feeder with a certain feeding capacity and size is selected to ensure a continuous and stable supply of materials. For a 200-250 tph basalt crushing plant, model ZSW9638 is commonly used.

 

2.Primary crushing equipment - jaw crusher

As the primary crushing machine, the jaw crusher is responsible for the initial breakage of large pieces of basalt. It can handle relatively large-sized raw materials and crush them to a certain size for subsequent processing. For a 200-250 tph plant, a C series jaw crusher C110 can meet the production requirements. This type of jaw crusher has a large crushing ratio and high production efficiency, which is suitable for the coarse crushing of basalt.

3.Secondary crushing equipment- impact crusher

After the primary crushing, the basalt materials need to be further crushed by impact crusher for secondary crushing. The PF impact crusher is suitable for crushing hard materials like basalt and can produce finer particles. For a 200tph basalt crushing plant, impact crusehr PFW1320 is often used. These types of impact crushers have high crushing efficiency, stable performance, good shape granules and can ensure the quality of the crushed products.

4.Screening equipment - vibrating screen:

The vibrating screen is used to screen the crushed basalt materials to separate them into different particle sizes. According to the production requirements, multiple layers of vibrating screens can be used to obtain products of different specifications. For a 200tph basalt crushing plant, a vibrating screen with an appropriate screening area and number of layers, such as a 2YK or 3YK series vibrating screen, is selected to ensure the screening efficiency and accuracy.

 

5.Conveyor equipment - Belt conveyor

Belt conveyors are used to transport the basalt materials between different equipment in the crushing plant, including transporting the raw materials from the vibrating feeder to the jaw crusher, the crushed materials from the jaw crusher to the impact crusher, and the final products to the storage or loading area. The selection of belt conveyors needs to consider factors such as the conveying capacity, belt width, and speed to ensure the smooth transportation of materials.

 

6.Control system
