Working principle

When the mobile VSI sand making plant works, the raw material first enters the hopper and then falls into the rotating impeller of the VSI sand maker. The broken materials are then screened by the vibrating screen, and the qualified sand is output through the conveyor belt, while the unqualified materials are returned to the sand maker for further crushing to form a closed-circuit system for the circular crushing of the material.
