Fine crusher is also called fine crushing sand making machine. Fine crusher is mainly used to produce high-quality sand and gravel aggregates for mining, highway, metallurgy, construction materials, cement, transportation and other industries. It can crush materials with a compressive strength not exceeding 100Mpa, especially for brittle materials such as sand and gravel raw materials, coal, coal gangue, coke, slag, fine sandstone, shale, loose limestone, etc. It has a very good crushing effect. The equipment has stable performance and excellent quality, which makes it popular among customers in the market and widely used. One of our customers in Shandong uses limestone as raw material. Under limited budget, PCX fine crusher is used as sand making equipment and achieved good results

Why choose fine crushing machine sand?

Hammerhead fine crusher is also called high-efficiency fine crusher. The biggest feature of this type of equipment is that the hammer head is made of high wear-resistant material, and the wear-resistant time of the hammer head is greatly extended. The hammer handle is cast with carbon steel to ensure excellent force performance. The striking surface of the hammer head is greatly improved, and the fine crushing ability is very good. The bottom screen plate is cast with multi-element alloy, and the screen gap can be selected arbitrarily (10mm~25mm). For materials with a certain humidity and viscosity, the screen gap adjustment and screen plate adjustment can be used to improve the situation. The split hammer structure makes it very convenient to replace the hammer.

Working principle

The fine crusher is a continuous operation equipment. When working, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at high speed, and the fine crusher material enters the first crushing chamber for crushing, collides with the plate hammer on the rotor, and then enters the second fine crushing chamber for crushing, and finally discharged at the discharge port.

PCX fine crusher features

1. Dust and noise reduction, high efficiency: The equipment is small in size, light in weight, simple and reasonable in structure, and adopts a grease sealing structure, which has good dust prevention effect, and the discharge particle size is uniform and the production efficiency is high.
2. The hammer head is made of highly wear-resistant material, and the wear-resistant time of the hammer head is greatly extended. The hammer handle is cast with carbon steel to ensure excellent force performance. The striking surface of the hammer head is greatly improved, and the fine crushing ability is very good.
3. The bottom screen plate is cast with multi-element alloy, and the screen gap can be selected arbitrarily (10mm~25mm). For materials with a certain humidity and viscosity, the screen gap adjustment and screen plate adjustment can be used to improve.
4. The investment cost of the fine crusher is lower than that of traditional process equipment of the same scale, and the long-term operation and maintenance costs are also lower than those of sand making equipment of the same scale.

2. What is the process of making sand?

A sand making plant is a mechanism for filtering impurities that consists of a sand tank through which water circulates. The sand acts as a natural filtering agent, capturing any impurities in the water to purify it and ensure its quality.

3. How is artificial sand made?

Manufactured sand is sand produced by crushing rocks, quarry stones or larger aggregates pieces into sand-sized particles. Natural sand, on the other hand is the naturally formed sand extracted from river beds.
