1. Working principle of box type hammer crusher
The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. After the limestone enters the crushing chamber, it is crushed by the impact of the high-speed rotating hammer. The crushed material continues to be hit, collided, and rubbed with the liner in the box, and is further crushed.
The material that meets the particle size requirements is discharged through the screen plate in the box to become finished sand; the larger particle size material continues to be crushed in the box until it reaches the required particle size.

3. Technical parameters of mobile box hammer crusher plant
3-1. Production capacity: The production capacity of different models of mobile box hammer crushers varies. Generally, the output per hour ranges from tens of tons to hundreds of tons. For example, the output of small equipment may be 50-100 tons/hour, and large equipment can reach 200-500 tons/hour or even higher. 3-2. Feed particle size: It can usually accept larger-sized limestone feed, and the maximum feed particle size can generally be around 300-800 mm.
