Scope of HGM80 application:

Mainly suitable for ultrafine powder processing of non-flammable and explosive brittle materials with medium and low hardness and Mohs hardness ≤ 6, such as calcite, limestone, kaolin, talc, mica and more than 100 kinds of materials.

 

Working Principle

1.The large materials are crushed into small particles by a crusher and then sent to a storage hopper by a bucket elevator. After that, they are evenly sent to the upper distribution plate of the turntable through a vibrating feeder and an inclined feeding pipe.

 

2.When the grinding mill is in operation, the main bearing and each dial are driven by a motor through a reducer, and all the grinding rollers roll in the ring channels. The materials are driven to the edge of the turntable by centrifugal force and fall into the grinding chambers, where they are repeatedly pressed, crushed and ground by the rollers.

 

3.The high-pressure air blower continuously inhales air, and the airflow with the crushed materials is sent to the classifier. The high-speed impeller of the classifier screens the airflow. The unqualified particles will fall and return to the mill for regrinding, while the qualified particles mixed with air will enter the cyclone powder collector. Most of the qualified powders will fall and be discharged from the discharge valve at the bottom. A small proportion of the fine powders will move to the dust cleaner with the airflow.
