This is the secondary feldspar ball mill plant to India.

A feldspar ball mill is a grinding machine used to grind feldspar minerals into fine powder for use in various industrial applications. Feldspar is a mineral commonly found in rocks and is widely used in the ceramic, glass, and construction industries.
The main function of the feldspar ball mill is to grind feldspar materials to a finer particle size. The interior of the ball mill is lined with ceramic plates to protect the mill from the abrasive nature of the feldspar and to reduce contamination from the grinding media. Ceramic lining plates are used to minimize wear and tear, enhance the efficiency of the grinding process, and maintain the purity of the processed material.
It works on the principle of ball mill rotation. Inside the mill, there are grinding media, usually high aluminium balls. As the mill rotates, the grinding balls are lifted and then dropped under the force of gravity, crushing and grinding the feldspar particles between them. This continuous action reduces the size of the feldspar particles over time. After grinding, the fine feldspar powder is discharged from ball mill and conveyed to air classifier. In the air classifier, the qualify powder will be collected and packed. The large size powder will be back to ball mill again. In this dry ball mill plant, the pulse dust collector is a must too. It could avoid air pollution and also collect more finer powder.
