Since 2019, we attended this exhibition every year and show our latest products to local market. Now we will show our latest hot products C series jaw crusher, MTW raymond mill, large scale ball mill in 2024.
Jaw Crusher uses a unique modular, weld-free frame structure, two hot-rolled steel side plates are firmly bolted together with high-quality cast steel frame by finishing pins, avoiding the equipment under impact load due to stress concentration points, such as welding, and resulting in a shortened durability of the equipment.
C Series jaw crushers have an aggressive motion of the pitman and long stroke in the bottom of the cavity. A larger feed opening increases material intake and ensures that the rocks enter the jaw crusher’s cavity without restrictions. A steeper nip angle decreases operating costs by reducing wear on jaw dies and speeds up material flow down in the cavity. Jaw crushers are designed modular to save time and installation costs. They can be installed within a few days, minimizing on-site engineering and fabrication.
C series jaw crusher has two series models. The first is a famous traditional jaw crusher, used for stationary and mobile crushing (including C80, C90, C100, C110, C125, C140, C145, C160, C200). The second type is specially designed for the needs of small mobile crushing stations (C96,C106,C116). All C series jaw crushers are designed to break hard rock.
MTW european trapezium raymond grinding mill adopts unique split-type shovel blade. It is cambered. Its use effectively enlarges the working area and further improves the production efficiency. Besides, this latest raymond mill unique pneumatic sealing device, which can effectively eliminate the "coarse powder spilling", so the quality of final products get controlled well.
MTW european trapezium raymond grinding mill takes whole transmission by bevel gear. The structure is more compact, occupying smaller floor area. Meanwhile, equipped with professional dust remover, the raymond mill boasts excellent effect of dust removal and low concentration of dust emission, friendly to environment protection.

Except normal ball mill, now we could provide large ball mill models: Ф2400×4500, Ф2700×4500,Ф3200×4500, Ф3600×4500. All these ball mill are delivered to customers. We offer ball mill for dry type and wet type.
1. Dry Ball mill with air classifier equipment is used for making quartz sand powder ,the whole set is including ball mill ,air classifier ,cyclone collector ,bag house dust collcetor and so on .
2. The wet ball mill needs to add an appropriate amount of water or absolute ethanol during the grinding process, which means that there are certain requirements for the concentration of grinding.
