How Does A Wheel-type Mobile Screen Plant Work?

Mobile vibrating screen plant is a piece of equipment or a mobile system that is mainly used for screening and separating different-sized materials in various industries. A wheel-type mobile screen plant works through the following steps:

Feeding:

The raw materials to be screened are loaded into the plant through a feeding device, such as a feeding hopper or a conveyor belt. The feeding process needs to ensure a continuous and stable supply of materials to the screening unit.

Larger particles that cannot pass through the screen continue to move on the screen surface until they are discharged through other outlets for further processing or removal.

Discharge:

The screened materials of different sizes are discharged through different discharge systems. For example, materials that meet the size requirements for a certain application are collected and transported to the next processing stage or storage area through conveyor belts or other means, while oversized or undersized materials are discharged separately for different treatment or disposal.
