The magnetic separating process is as follows: the storage bin – feeder – hammer crusher ––transit bin –– ball mill – high-frequency screen– magnetic separator， separate minerals into magnetic and non-magnetic.

Mineral grains are stressed by the magnetic force and its own gravity force when passing the magnetic field. Magnetism force part of magnetic materials attached on the drum, while non-magnetic materials drop off the drum, thus finishing the ore separating process.
