Zimbabwe Granite crushing Plant 150tph Successfully Put Into Production

In October 2022, all equipment for granite crushing plant produced by Baichy Machinery arrived at the operation site in Zimbabwe, Africa. Under the careful guidance of Baichy engineers, local construction workers quickly completed the installation and commissioning of the equipment and put it into production smoothly. The material processed by this crushing production line is mainly granite, with an output of 100-15t/h. The main process is

Raw material-feeder-jaw crusher-impact crusher-vibrating screen-finished product, and the belt conveyor is used as a conveying connection between various equipment.

Large pieces of granite material are evenly fed by the vibrating feeder, and then goes to the jaw crusher for primary coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed material is conveyed to secondary impact crusher for fine crushing by belt conveyor. The granite material size is reuced to 0-40mm. The vibrating screen is used to classified them to 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-40mm. These granite aggregates are used with a binding medium, like water, cement, and asphalt, they are used to form compound materials, such as asphalt concrete and Portland cement concrete. They provide the foundation for roads, bridges, and buildings.
