Process flow of limestone crushing plant

The compressive strength of limestone is generally around 150 MPa, which is a soft rock. Baichy's technical manager customized a limestone crushing production line for Kenyan users based on the raw material properties and discharging requirements of limestone. It is equipped with a jaw crusher, an impact crusher, a vibrating feeder, and a circular vibrating screen. This two-stage one closed-circuit crushing process is an economical and reasonable choice.

 

1. Primary crushing stage

The limestone blasted from the mountain is fed into the vibrating feeder by a dump truck. The vibrating feeder evenly feeds the stone into the jaw crusher PE750X1060 for preliminary crushing, and the crushed material is transported to the next stage;

 

2. Secondary crushing stage

The coarsely crushed limestone is sent by the conveyor to the 3-cavity impact crusher PF1315 for further crushing. The crushing ratio is large and the particle shape of the crushed material is better

 

3. Screening stage

The limestone crushed by the impact crusher enters the vibrating screening machine 3YK2160, screened into stones of different specifications, and those that meet the requirements are transported to the finished product pile;

 

4. Return material crushing stage

The limestone that does not meet the specifications screened by the screening machine must be returned to the impact crusher for crushing again until it meets the requirements of the finished product specifications.
