The structure of Raymond mill 

1.Main frame

The main frame is the supporting structure of the whole Raymond mill, which bears the weight of the whole equipment and ensures its stability during operation.

 

2.Grinding roller device

The grinding roller device is the core part of Raymond mill, which is mainly composed of grinding roller, grinding ring, and spring pressure device. The grinding roller rotates around the grinding ring under the action of spring pressure device, and the material is crushed and grinded between the grinding roller and grinding ring.

 

3.Airflow system

The airflow system is mainly composed of fan, air duct, and powder collector. The fan generates airflow to transport the crushed material to the powder collector for collection.

 

4.Transmission system

The transmission system is mainly composed of reducer, motor, and coupling. The motor drives the reducer to rotate, and the reducer further drives the grinding roller device to rotate.

 

5.Lubrication system

The lubrication system is mainly composed of lubricating pump, lubricating pipe, and lubricating point. The lubricating pump pumps lubricating oil to the lubricating point to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

 

In addition, Raymond mill may also include other auxiliary devices such as material feeder, powder discharger, etc., depending on the specific requirements of the production process.

Successful case for flyash powder mill plant 20tph in Thailand
