Configuration of granite crushing plant

The finished product size needs to be produced by three-stage crushing. The customer has certain requirements for the sand mold in the finished product and has high requirements for the cleanliness of the finished product. A sand washing machine is required. So we design a three stage crushing plant to meet requirement.

1.Vibrating feeder ZSW9638. It is selected according to the feeding particle size and output matching requirements.

2.Jaw crusher PE600X900. According to granite size and jaw crusher feeder opening and capacity, this model is selected.

3.Cone crusher CS160. According to the discharge curve of Symons cone crusher and the required output, the type of medium-crushing compound cone crusher is selected.

4.Vibrating screen 2YK1860. According to the crushing particle size curve of the cone, the proportion of the corresponding finished product is calculated, and then the required screening area is determined according to the respective output of the finished product, and thus the appropriate vibrating screen is selected for the pre-screening of sand products.

5.VSI sand-making machine VSI9532. Because some of the screened materials are larger than the finished product particle size, it is necessary to use an impact sand-making machine to further make sand to improve the sand forming rate.

6.Sand washing machine LS1275. Because this solution has high requirements for the cleanliness of the sand and gravel, it is necessary to configure a sand washing machine to further process the quartz sand.
