1-2.Feeding uniformity: Uniform feeding can make the material in the crusher evenly distributed, and each component is evenly stressed and evenly worn. If the feeding is uneven, it will cause excessive accumulation of materials in a local area, aggravating the wear of components in this area such as hammers and linings, and may also cause equipment vibration, affecting the stability and service life of other components.
1-3.Feeding particle size: If the feeding particle size is too large and exceeds the designed feed size of the crusher, the feed port, hammer, impact plate and other components of the crusher will be subjected to excessive impact, which may easily cause deformation, breakage or excessive wear of these components. Long-term processing of oversized large particles will seriously shorten the overall service life of the equipment.
2-1.Rotor speed: Rotor speed is an important factor affecting the crushing effect and durability of the impact crusher. If the speed is too high, the impact frequency and impact force between the hammer head, liner and other parts and the material will increase, resulting in increased wear of the parts; if the speed is too low, the crushing capacity of the crusher cannot be fully utilized, which may cause incomplete crushing of the material and increase the load and wear of the equipment.
2-2.Discharge port size: The discharge port size determines the particle size of the product and the residence time of the material in the crusher. If the discharge port is too small, the material stays in the machine for a longer time, the number of impacts increases, and the wear of the parts increases; if the discharge port is too large, the product particle size becomes coarser, which may not meet the production requirements, and may also affect the material flow state inside the crusher, resulting in uneven wear of some parts.
3-1. Equipment start-up and shutdown: Frequent start-up and shutdown have an adverse effect on the durability of the impact crusher. When starting, the motor needs to overcome a large inertia force, which will have a great impact on the electrical system and mechanical components; when shutting down, if the operation is improper, such as stopping the equipment before the material is completely discharged, it may cause the material to accumulate in the machine, increasing the equipment load at the next start.
3-2. Maintenance: Regular comprehensive inspection, cleaning, lubrication, tightening and other maintenance work of the equipment is essential. Lack of maintenance will lead to increased wear of parts, and small problems will accumulate into major failures. For example, failure to add or replace lubricating oil in time will cause bearings and other rotating parts to be damaged due to friction and overheating; failure to tighten loose bolts in time will cause parts to move and vibrate, which will cause damage to other parts.
