What equipment is used to make sand and gravel aggregates from soft materials such as limestone? Today we analyze a case of a 200-ton-per-hour limestone sand production line in Vietnam.
This is a limestone crushing production line located in Vietnam. Vietnam is known for its rich limestone reserves, which are a geological treasure and a source of calcium carbonate. Relying on sufficient material sources, the final product of this production line has been used in local infrastructure construction such as highways and bridges.
Processing material: limestone
Output: 180-220T/H
Feed particle size: 0-450mm
Discharge particle size: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 10-30mm
Equipment configuration: vibrating feeder GZD1100x4200, jaw crusher PE750x1060, impact crusher PF1315 , vibrating screen 4YK2460 and 3YK1860, sand making machine VSI8518, sand washing machine XSD3016
3-1. The blasted material is transported by GZD1100x4200 vibrating feeder to PE750x1060 jaw crusher for coarse crushing, and then enters PF1315 impact crusher through conveyor belt for medium crushing.
3-2. The crushed materials are sent to the 4YK2460 vibrating screen by belt conveyor for screening, and some aggregates of 0-5mm and 10-30mm are output.
3-3. The remaining materials enter the regulating silo and are sent to the VSI8518 sand making machine by the conveyor belt for processing, and then screened by the 3YK1860 vibrating screen. The qualified materials are washed by the XSD3016 sand washing machine, and finally 0-5mm, 5-10mm, and 10-20mm sand and gravel aggregates are obtained.
The finished products produced by this 200tph limestone sand production line are of high quality and are mainly supplied to local highway materials. Limestone - As one of the most abundant and widely used raw materials, it is often used as a building material and in the production of cement. Limestone is well-suited for impact crushing due to its medium hardness. Impact crushers can efficiently reduce limestone to the desired sizes.
Aggregates are particles of random shape. They can be either in nature as sand, gravel, stones, or rock that can be crushed into particles or obtained from by-products or waste materials from an industrial process. Aggregate sizes vary from several cm to several mm.
Aggregate materials are obtained from natural mines of sand or sand and gravel, quarries, deposits, and underground sediments. Examples of aggregate materials include: Crushed rock - These products are obtained by extracting rocks and crushing them to the desired size and texture.
