Design & Process introduction

For this quartz sand production plant 200tph, it is composed of ZSW vibrating feeder, PE jaw crusher, Spring cone crusher, VSI sand making machine, spiral sand washing machine, and belt conveyors.

The quartz stone is fed into the jaw crusher at a constant speed through the vibrating feeder for rough crushing. The coarsely broken quartz stone is sent to the cone crusher for secondary crushing by the conveyor. The secondary crushed materials are screened by the vibrating screen. The materials that do not meet the feed requirements of the sand making machine are returned to the cone crusher for crushing again. The materials that meet the feed size of the sand making machine are sent to the sand making machine for fine crushing. The finely broken materials are screened by the vibrating screen again. It is required to return to the vsi sand making machine to continue crushing, and those that meet the requirements are sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning. The cleaned quartz sand can be dehydrated to obtain the finished product.
