Big Dip Angle belt conveyor is mainly used for conveying bulk materials at a high angle or vertically at 90°, solving the conveying angle that ordinary and patterned belt conveyors cannot reach. It can convey various bulk materials with a bulk density of 0.5-2.5t/m³ in an environment range of -25~40℃.

Features

1. The high-angle belt conveyor is a box-shaped bucket formed by gluing freely retractable rubber corrugated vertical "skirts" on both sides of the flat rubber conveyor belt, and gluing a certain strength and elastic partition between the skirts to prevent the material from spilling at a large climbing angle.
2. The conveying angle of the high-angle belt conveyor is within the range of 0°~90°, solving the conveying height that ordinary belt conveyors cannot reach, saving floor space, equipment investment and civil engineering costs. For example, a user wants to lift coal to the top of a 20m high silo. If a sidewall conveyor is used to convey coal at a 45° angle, the length of the conveyor only needs to be 28.3m (horizontal length 20m); if a sidewall conveyor is used for vertical conveying, the horizontal length can be controlled within 6m.
3. The common width of the belt is: 20~2000mm, and it can also be customized according to customer requirements, with a length of up to 10 meters and a conveying height of up to 4 meters.
4. It can be combined with other conveying equipment to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system to meet the needs of different layout types of operation lines.
