What is vertical crusher?

PFL Compound crusher is also called vertical crusher because of its vertical shaft with up and down placement structure design. It could be used for fine crusher and coarse grinding process and it is one of the general equipment in sand production line and gravel production plant. Compound crusher is widely used in all kinds of ore, cement, gypsum, limestone, dolomite, quartz stone, coal gangue, refractory materials, bauxite clinker, emery, glass raw materials such as high hard and special hard material crushing. At present, it is a better model to replace cone crusher, roller crusher and ball mill in the world.

Working principle

Materials drop into high speed rotating impeller in vertical, under high speed centrifugal force, stroked and crushed with materials scattered around the impeller in umbrella, after repeatedly impacting then there will be forming eddy current between the impeller and frame, materials will be crushed again and finally discharge from outlet directly, whole system formed closed circuit, separated by outer screen to control fineness.
